Take A Walk Down Greek Street

Hey Birmingham!! 

I received a recommendation for this spot several days ago and the menu looked absolutely tantalizing. 

GRK Street is a new fast-casual restaurant, inspired by the fast-paced food found in the streets of downtown Athens. This new interpretation of Greek cuisine is imagined by Taziki's Mediterranean Cafe's founder, Keith Richards.
Ordering can be done via the app. However, you can also log on to their website. Drive through, take out & curbside pick up features are all available. 

I opted for the "curbside" pick up service after placing a web order. 

From the "Village Salad Bowl" menu I ordered the GRK Marinated Souvlaki Chicken over green peppers, onions, cucumbers, olives, pepperoncini, tomatoes, and feta with GRK spices served with olive oil and balsamic w/ a side of GRK rice. I also could not resist the GRK Street Corn. Served on the cob with yogurt lime sauce, GRK herbs, paprika, and crumbled feta. *Mine was minus the feta cheese crumbles. I'm sort of a corn snob, so this was a real treat. 

This was by far one of the BEST meals I've had this year. All of the ingredients tasted fresh and authentic. I would definitely say that they got this right. 

As a consumer, I was pleased with the overall experience. Everything from ordering to pick up to the consumption of it all, made this a 5-star experience.
